The Moores, with their 50-year combined business background, including experience in the motor trade, have transformed their logistics business dream into a flourishing enterprise. Their journey is characterised by resilience, determination, and a commitment to superior quality.
Faced with the trials of the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020, the Moores overcame both personal and professional challenges. Shani, managing her roles as a wife, mother, and caregiver, found motivation in her struggles. Witnessing the mistreatment of drivers in their industry further inspired them to build a business that prioritises the well-being of its employees.
The self-educated and enthusiastic Moores have led Dash Couriers to distribute over 10 million parcels countrywide. The company, known for its focus on welfare, community engagement, and quick growth, now boasts 60 drivers, 50 vehicles, and five key contracts.
Recently, Dash Couriers invested £500,000 in acquiring 10 electric vehicles, marking the start of Dash Parcel. This service offers sustainable delivery solutions within London and SN postcodes, targeting both commercial and private clients with guaranteed next-day and same-day deliveries. Their ambitious expansion plans for 2024 aim to extend their network throughout the UK.
