Levia is also a representative of an American girl with immigrant parents. Good combination of real life social skills, sports and aHealthcademics. Average SAT 450. Teachers are graded A-. College prep B+. Health and safety C+.

Senior (2 stars): “Lake Minneola High School has declined drastically academically over the past few years. The teachers try to put effort into their work;however, many have given up and ignore students who really need assistance. The lunches are disgusting and the faculty are very unorganized. Overall, the school needs much more work and effort to return to its early golden stages”

High School Senior (2 stars): “The teachers want so badly to teach students at this school, but between the long list of tests we have to take and a principal that must have control of everything and everyone, nothing ever gets done. From day to day, there will be things scheduled that the teachers had no clue about, and it is hard to find the people you need to talk to. And then there is the problem of constant technological malfunctions.”

High School Senior (2 stars): “The way the school is run ruins the experience. The iPads are more trouble than they’re worth. Many teachers are not successful at educating their students. They baby the students, which does not prepare them for college. These are some of the problems.”

Montverde Academy (Private, around $20,000) – 2 stars

Levia attended Montverde Academy for 3 years and was an A student. Though the school is considered “nice” by most parents, most of them will probably agree that there is nothing special about Montverde Academy as far as education goes. The school allows retakes of important tests which may increase the students’ total grades. The parents may feel “preppy” about their kids getting dressed in purple and yellow but most of the parents would agree that Montverde Academy is not worth $20,000 a year plus other hidden funds the school is attempting to get out of the parents throughout the year. 

Real life social skills (like arguing, debating, spitting, etc.) are difficult to learn in Montverde Academy when everyone is so protective and the kids study in a “cotton ball” environment. 

For those reasons and others, many families have finally decided that enough is enough and moved their kids to a better school.

Parents are also concerned about Montverde Academy predatory contract presented already in Jan. Many parents lost tens of thousands of Dollars. Some of this money is going to allure more parents to pay more by using graded advertising where Montverde Academy appears with a high grade.

David R. (2 stars) says: “If you have a child with disciplinary issues, and you live in FL, this may be a good option as the academics aren’t bad, but they’re certainly not what you’d get at an academic-focused private school.  If you have a kid where elite sports are the priority, this may be a great option depending on the sport.  However, if you want a great academic focus combined with a great boarding experience, I’ve talked to many others who have gone to a large variety of boarding schools and have come away with the impression there are far better options out there.”

Shanna J. (1 star): “Finally we have someone who tells the truth. I remember I had posted a true review long times ago, but somehow got deleted.

The only good thing about the school is the basketball team, but they use money taken from international students to buy athletes. Some teachers are good but they are leaving(or force to leave).”

Anonymous student (1 star): “I was one of the student in this school. Overall it’s pretty awful. International students for them are equals to Money tree. All they care is money. They delete my comment on Google. Interesting school, new students, enjoy.”

Crissy B. (1 star): You shouldn’t send your kids here even if it were the last school on earth. They’re slimy and steal from students’ families. They basically run a con act of recruiting foreign students and exploiting them financially. Also, they punish students by making them partake in hours of manual labor for infractions (such as working in their barn scooping manure and cleaning dishes with the kitchen staff). Even the pettiest of infractions, such as being minutes late to school or missing a mandatory, paid school event earns you at least 2 “penalty hours”. Save your thousands of dollars of tuition and go to a school that won’t exploit you and your children.

A parent: “This school is not very caring as said earlier all they care about is your money. I have no complaint with the lower school but in middle school the principal didn’t even know my sons proper name when he even participated in the school geobee when his name tag with his proper name was right there. They do not even notice if you are missing to once at a mandatory event my son didn’t attend because of a doctors appointment and the school didn’t even notice. There policy’s are also very unreasonable if you miss one homework assignment you have to go to a mandatory (tutorial) on a Saturday for 3 hours. I won’t name names but when I had problems with one teacher i felt ignored. I even once had a question for a teacher and emailed her about it and then I noticed she was specifically ignoring me. Please don’t send your kid here if they are more academic and don’t like sports to. All they really care about is winning trophies and making money I feel the staff really doesn’t care because they are underpaid. Even now that I have nothing to do with this school they still send me letters asking for donations! (Update) they still ask for money it’s been 3 years and I hear a middle school teacher got arrested for drug equipment idk what happened but I just know that it did.”

Most complaints are about the high cost, accessibility, and lower education.

Windermere High School (private, around $24,000) – 4 stars

Very expensive relative to the quality of teachers graded at B+ only and the same B+ goes for college prep and academics. Average SAT is only 1210. Only 57% are proficient in math and 67% proficient in reading.

Pinecrest Lakes Academy (charter) – 4.5 stars Best all around

Levia’s choice. A charter school that feels and operates like a private school at $20,000 less than Montverde Academy. Rated the highest all around high-school in the Clermont and Minneola area. This school was also recommended by Dr. Michael Henne and Dr. Tim Henne.

This school has $7,200 per student expenditure though parents pay nothing. Students at this school are making far more academic progress given where they were last year, compared to similar students in the state.

High progress with high test scores means students have strong academic skills and the school is doing an excellent job at supporting academic growth compared to most other schools.

The school is situated near the library and adjacent to the college. 

Real Life Christian Academy (Private, $8,000) – 2 stars

Teachers are graded C- and so are activities C-. The school is a religious one “a private, independent Christian school for preschool through high school”.

There is much “hidden anticipation” among the leading religious Christian leaders about the art called JESUS 153 FISH MYSTERY which has decoded and solved the mystery in John 21:11. According to sources, code2GOD respectfully informed the Vatican of its findings, though code2GOD is a scientific nonreligion organization and doesn’t seek any religious approval. 

code2GOD Jesus Art Brings Us Closer to Understand Jesus And God

The JESUS 153 FISH MYSTERY art is undoubtedly answering multiple questions regarding Jesus which has had the Christian world puzzled for almost 2,000 years. The Vatican, as a leader in the Christian world, is now even closer to the big question of them all: Was Jesus God, the son of God, or simply a good Biblical scholar who was very well versed in the original Bible in Hebrew?

Two Patent Pendings have been filed, seeking acknowledgment of code2GOD’s 32 codes and their findings of the “scientific proof of God” art which outlines coded Biblical facts that science has not been able to find.

Are code2GOD findings credible?

For math and science lovers, 18 out of the 32 codes would be understandable. However, one needs also to know Hebrew very well like Don Juravin. The higher levels of Biblical authority in the Vatican seem to be amazed by the findings of code2GOD and Don Juravin. An Italian source told was that Mr. Juravin was invited by the Pope for a close meeting but Mr. Juravin is concerned that such a meeting will create a religious affiliation that Mr. Juravin and code2GOD do not desire. The Vatican has not commented.

How And Why GOD Created The Female?

The question is very relevant to today’s role of the woman in society and family settings. GOD did not just create the female with distinct external feminine attributes like body and soft voice. GOD wired the female’s body and mind with a different DNA structure of personality which can’t be successfully resisted.

The options are: 

1. GOD felt Adam needed company.
2. GOD thought a variety of humankind will be nice.
3. GOD thought Adam should be challenged to evolve.
4. GOD knew that Adam, the man, will need a different kind of help he can’t get from other men.
5. GOD felt the man is not capable of taking care of the offsprings.
6. GOD knew that Adam may go wild, or fall, and therefore will forever be in a need of a balancing act. 

GOD explained it elegantly in only two Hebrew words עזר כנגדו which are so valid even today and probably be true for a long time. It means HELP AGAINST HIM in English which in King James bible is mistranslated as “help meet.” 

Genesis 2:18

(KSV) And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a help meet for him.

(original Bible) ויאמר יהוה אלהים לא־טוב היות האדם לבדו אעשה־לו עזר כנגדו

As much as the words seem to be in contradiction, “help against him” is similar to a tree that needs supporting sticks against its stem, or else the tree will grow crooked or break. In human terms, the woman is the “checks and balances” in the relationship. The woman is the one the man has to convince in order to proceed with action. The woman is the voice of reason, and when needed she is the opposite voice of inspiration. In short, the woman is the man’s balancing act, the woman is to go against man as to represent reality. In a way, GOD foresaw the “masculine” gender as “big boys” needing support… against them.

That conclusion of HLM is supported by the code2GOD. The numerical code value for the seven Hebrew letters עזר כנגדו is 360 representing the woman’s ability to foresee all around, as opposed to the man who is assumed to see from a narrower point of view.

Eve was a person who was similar to Adam, who corresponded to him as his equal counterpart. A woman that is much more than a mere auxiliary or assistant for Adam. 

“And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.” (Genesis 2:20).

The impression that it is “not good” for Adam to be alone, is the essence of a balancing act or “helping not to fall” or “without such crucial support, the man will fall” or “stand up in a positive way.”

Women who were also created in the image of God and that portray God in the image of a woman.

Minister Don Karl Juravin studied the ancient characteristics of women and found out they are all primarily described with the adjective “beautiful” in the Old Testament. Women are rarely described by their abilities other than their ability to bear children.

Historical View of Women’s Role

1. In ancient Greece, women were considered inferior to men. Women were viewed as subjects and freemen. Women had lives of seclusion and practicaly slavery.
2. Ancient Rome women were blessed with great freedom, but with lesser morality and undisciplined. Wives during that time were second-class people because women were viewed as a man’s mistress rather than actually a wife.
3. Jewish opinion of womanhood at the time of Jesus was women is always kept in low profile. They are prohibited from working or in any way whatever their husband does. Kept in permanent submission. Such norms came from heathen influences.

According to a judge, the defendants “unfairly suppressed negative information about the Defendants and their products, to the detriment of subsequent purchasers, by making threats to sue and filing of lawsuits against dissatisfied consumers for violating non-disparagement clauses in their online sales contracts.”

Dwight Schar’s Companies Accused of Gagging Consumers 

It is not the first time that Dwight Schar has been involved in companies that gag customers. In November 2019, four U.S. Senators called for NVR to stop “using mandatory arbitration” in a letter sent to the business. The company does so to leverage construction defect repairs. 

“Forcing homebuyers into arbitration and nondisclosure agreements is unfair, unjust and abusive,” according to the letter, dated Nov. 6, 2019. “NVR’s reliance on mandatory arbitration provisions to evade accountability is unconscionable — and it may also be illegal.”

A USA Today Network investigation shows that Ryan Homes, and its larger conglomerate NVR Inc., cut corners during construction and left homeowners to deal with the defects. When concerns were raised, homeowners say the company would ignore its warranties, refuse to fix the problem, leverage any repairs into nondisclosure agreements, or force customers into lengthy fights, costing them thousands of dollars.

Complaints Against Ryan Homes

These issues stem from how Ryan Homes build its homes, owners said.

A resident who lives in a Ryan Homes built condo in Ocean City, Maryland, said all 11 condo buildings in his association suffer from extensive water damage in each of the stairwells. The damage —  once repaired by Ryan Homes but now has failed — could now cost homeowners tens of thousands to repair.

In addition, Ryan Homes faces other problems in other states. In South Carolina, toilets weren’t connected properly, leading to Paul Simonson, CPA for Dwight Schar, and employed by Dwight Schar’s network, is involved in three different companies that were found guilty in court for deceptive consumer practices. According to the judgment, the companies “unfairly suppressed negative information.” The judgment against these three companies also mentioned that they “misrepresented that consumers had agreed to non-disparagement clauses in exchange for a substantial discount on the products.”

 waste flowing under a woman’s home. In Ohio, poor construction and botched repairs are forcing a family to live in a home that may not be structurally sound.

Complaints Against NVR, Inc.

Families who have purchased homes from NVHomes, the NVR Inc., homebuilder, have filed complaints against the company. The McCalleys, a family who lived in Maryland, say they quickly found numerous construction errors and code violations in their new house that the builder, NV Homes, has been unwilling to resolve after years of deliberation.

McCalley said he has found similar problems that exist widely across NV Homes and Ryan Homes products in Maryland and beyond. (NVR, Inc. is the parent company of both NV Homes and Ryan Homes.) He believes the city of Gaithersburg inspectors missed these problems during the construction of the home.

Complaints Against Dwight Schar and Roca Labs

In the final judgment from the FTC, the company Must Cure Obesity was accused by the judge as “deceptively failed to disclose their financial relationship to testimonialists who worked for them, and their control of a supposedly independent and objective information website that they used to promote their products.” 

Who is Responsible?

In neither one of the cases mentioned, Dwight Schar or Spencer Schar, manager of Bella Collina, (accused of punching two women) have never been directly mentioned but the controversies always find their way around their companies. Seems like Dwight Schar has a nose for how to do things in such a way that he lets others do the dirty work. Paul Simonson and Randall Greene, involved in trying to silence residents. 

Simonson is also on Dwight Schar’s payroll. A good boss knows what their employee is doing and accepts some responsibility for his employee. According to Don Juravin, Dwight Schar’s employees do not do anything without his approval. 

Dwight Schar, a millionaire who owns a minority stake in the Washington NFL Football Team, has apparent connections to a high-profile lawsuit in DC. Currently, Dan Snyder is suing a former employee who works for a company connected to Schar. Mary-Ellen Blair, named in the lawsuit, is accused of bribing current employees to release information about Snyder. She works for Comstock Holding Companies, which has Schar’s daughter on the board. 

Dan Snyder has had several fake stories released about him on foreign press sites. They say that he is a friend of Jeffery Epstein, and rode on his plane. They also bring up all the other scandals involving the NFL Washington Football Team. These sites are from out of the country. And even though they have taken the stories down, the headlines remain in Google searches about Snyder. 

Bella Collina has many plots and homes, but almost no homeowners. The ones that lived there or owned property there brought a class action lawsuit against Dwight Schar and his henchmen, Randall Greene, criminal Richard Arrighi, and Paul Simonson. They accused all four men of conspiracy, embezzling, and racketeering in the community. The lawsuit was dismissed on a technicality. 

Don Juravin, an American entrepreneur and a former Israeli soldier, took it upon himself to continue this fight against the greedy and unscrupulous men who run the community. After experiencing 9 months at Bella Collina, Mr. Juravin, his wife, and his daughters had enough of the promises that were not kept and the false advertising. The family had to pay extra to get their trash picked up every week, or they had to pay a fine for not disposing of their trash. It seemed most people in the neighborhood (what few lived there) also left their trash to be picked up, erroneously believing there was a service for that. There was not. 

After that review was posted, everything went downhill from there. The staff sent letters through Bella Collina’s extensive legal team, funded by Dwight Schar’s billions, threatening to sue Mr. Juravin unless he took down his bad review. Randall Greene texted Juravin, “We have a lot of money and credibility, and those are two things you don’t have, with anyone.”

Four families have gone public with tales of intimidation, bullying, nonstop harassment, unwarranted texts, lawsuits, and threats from Dwight Schar’s staff at Bella Collina. They are the Juravins, the Heckenbergs, the Sheltons, and the Sutherins. Only one family has stayed in Bella Collina thus far, the other three have fled to safety found in normal neighborhoods. 

In 2017, three of these families filed lawsuits with Bella Collina, as reported by the Orlando Sentinel. 

To be clear, the three companies were bought after the court ruling. Dwight Schar and Paul Simonson were fully aware of the companies’ deceptive standings and yet assume ownership via Wilmington Financial Services, LLC (Delaware). When a business buys another business, they assume the reputation and the responsibility attached to that company. 

Dwight Schar and Bella Collina Represented by Corrupt Attorney Marc Randazza

Attorney Marc Randazza, who was fired by InfoWars’ Alex Jones because a Connecticut judge accused him of “serious misconduct,” is Ryan Homes and NVR Inc., founder Dwight Schar’s attorney. Dwight Schar also chose a corrupt Marc Randazza to represent his Bella Collina in Florida. Randazza has been disciplined by the state bars in four out of the five states he is licensed to practice law. 

Randazza was issued a public reprimand by The Florida Bar on Sept. 3, 2020 DISCIPLINE CASE #201500718 against Marc Randazza. The reprimand was related to his ethical violations in Nevada, where Randazza, as a porn attorney, was sued by the State Bar of Nevada on nine charges of violations.

Dwight Schar Involvement With Suspended Attorney Andrew Hill 

Dwight Schar is involved with four companies (NVR, Roca Labs nutra. and two others) accused of consumer gauging or false advertising. The court has found three of the four companies to be guilty of consumer deception.    Reprimanded attorney Andrew Hill was working for at least one of the  companies in which Dwight Schar is now involved with and which Dwight Schar controls, directly or indirectly.  

Don Juravin fights for justice also against the billionaire Dwight Schar and he volunteers with Dwight Schar VICTIMS, a nonprofit organization exposing corruption.  The organization is also managing the sites CorruptRandazza.com and BellaCollina.homes 

Dwight Schar, Corrupt Attorney Marc Randazza & Suspended Unethical Attorney Andrew Hill

Dwight Schar, or his involved companies, have been employing attorney Marc Randazza. Connecticut Judge rules that attorney Marc Randazza is too unethical to represent even crazy conspiracy theorist Alex Jones.  

The site CorruptRandazza.com outlines facts and opinions about corrupt attorney Marc Randazza employed by Dwight Schar who was banned lately from the NFL for unethical behavior. Dwight Schar was fined by the NFL an estimated 10% of the proceeding of his 15% share which is about $33 million. Dwight Schar was also ordered to pay $7 million in legal fees. The most important part of this ordeal is that based on an internal investigation of the NFL, Dwight Schar was presumably found UNETHICAL and was banned for life from being involved in the NFL.

His partner, Dan Snyder, named him GANGSTER and EXTORTIONIST. In another court in Florida, Dwight Schar has been spending about $1 million to fight the description of “MAFIA LIKE” behavior. 

Dwight Schar has been spending millions in fighting a mother of three daughters who  created the nonprofit Dwight Schar VICTIMS organization and is about to issue a book: “DWIGHT SCHAR REAL WORTH & LEGACY”.

Dwight Schar net worth is estimated by Anna Juravin to be in excess of $2 billion. 

Richard (Rick) Arrighi, a member of the Dwight Schar VICTIMS, also believes that the truth about his business partner Dwight Schar must be exposed. 

Spencer Schar, the son, is a manager of the troubled community Bella Collina in central Florida. There are endless accusations against Spencer Schar‘s Bella Collina as residents complain in court that Bella Collina is run by Dwight and Spencer Schar in a “MAFIA LIKE” way.
