5. Sapphire Martini – £2,250

Ordering a cocktail that you haven’t tried before can feel like placing a bet, but at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut, the Sapphire Martini is sure to fill you with riches. While originally priced at $24 (£18), its popularity increased the price to $3,000 (£2,250). Some would call it gin-flation. Paired with its own pair of sapphire and diamond earrings, this cocktail may have the lucky touch.

2. Ono Champagne Cocktail – £7,500

We all enjoy a mimosa, but this champagne cocktail at Wynn’s XS Nightclub will take you to another level. This cocktail combines the rare 1981 Charles Heidsieck champagne with Louis XIII Black Pearl cognac, fresh orange juice, apricot juice, and rose nectar. Presented in a jewel-encrusted glass alongside a gold necklace, the cocktail tastes as rich as you’d expect.
