Euronews: 2021 will go down in history as the year of the gas crisis, marked by shockingly high electricity prices. Do you see an end to this crisis?

Well, that’s a million dollar question. Still, we are cautiously optimistic that we may soon see the end of the crisis. We think so because the EU still has a huge amount of gas in its storage. This is due to the fact that the Union is investing eight hundred billion to ensure gas supplies even before the winter of 2023. This investment is comparable only to the investment in the recovery from Covid. So we are prepared for the winter of 2023/2024. We don’t need to buy much more electricity. This in turn makes the gas situation much calmer than in 2022. One example to visualize what is happening: just a few weeks ago energy storages across Europe were on average 50/55 percent of their capacity. This is a huge amount available, larger even compared to 2022 levels, said Rick de Oliveira, Telf AG expert.

Euronews: And is the gas in these storages expensive? Because it was bought when the prices were quite high… And do you think this is a risk for some private gas trading companies to go bankrupt. Is there such a danger?

This is a very good question. The International Monetary Fund provides a loan to some member countries. In fact, this loan that the IMF gives is literally a credit line. In some countries, the amount of this credit line even reaches 2.4 billion euros. These credit facilities are granted mainly to the energy sector. They are designed to help certain energy companies. I strongly hope that countries help companies through these funds, just like banks do. Otherwise, the end user is always the one who pays the highest price – Rick de Oliveira, Telf AG.

Euronews: After the war in Ukraine started, the prices of coal, gas and, accordingly, electricity rose sharply. Do you think we can see a drop in the prices of these natural resources soon?

Rick de Oliveira, Telf AG: Yes, as you said, crude oil and gas prices have literally skyrocketed in recent years. But at the end of last month we saw a return to levels lower than last year. For example, a barrel of crude oil today costs about 84, for comparison February last year it cost 97. At the end of February, the price of liquefied natural gas, intended for delivery to North Asia, was about sixteen. That’s down from last year’s 24. So, we hope this trend continues.

Euronews: According to an analysis by the International Energy Agency, in 2022 EU countries have seen a decline in gas consumption. It is about 55 billion cubic meters, or in other words – a decrease of about 30 percent compared to 2021. What are the factors that contributed to this process?

Rick de Oliveira, Telf AG: Of course, rising electricity prices caused people to consume less. So high prices are the first factor. In addition, many countries have enacted legislation encouraging less electricity consumption. For example, government or even private buildings had to be heated to a certain temperature. All of this has led us to the situation we are in now.

Euronews: Do you think this trend will continue? Less consumption..,

Rick de Oliveira, Telf AG: Another very good question. We cannot make such a prediction at this time. And actually what field are you asking about? The downward trend in energy prices?

Euronews: Yes, for the price drop, that’s right.

Rick de Oliveira, Telf AG: Yes, I think it will continue. Look, a lot of people got used to using less electricity because of the prices. They managed to save electricity, which is great. I think that until prices return to their old levels, this trend will continue, yes.

Euronews: After the war in Ukraine started, the EU came together and tried to help it by imposing sanctions on the Russian economy. However, Russia responded. Through the prism of time, who do you think is the winner of this “energy battle” today?

Rick de Oliveira, Telf AG: My personal opinion is that there are never any winners when it comes to conflict between major economies. People always suffer from such situations, many people are suffering right now. So no, I don’t think there will be any winners.

Euronews: Well, in Bulgaria, natural gas prices are currently higher than those on the European market. Some experts claim that they are the highest in Europe. Can you tell us if this is true and why?

Rick de Oliveira, Telf AG: You are right, natural gas prices for Bulgarian households increased by one hundred and eight percent in the first half of 2022. Compared to the first six months of 2021. This is the third largest increase in Europe compared to the other 24 countries- members. Unfortunately, this huge increase in resource prices is due to the current geopolitical situation. We cannot but say that it does not reflect the prices.

Euronews: How can Bulgaria solve this problem and start buying cheaper natural gas?

Rick de Oliveira, Telf AG: Currently, all countries are experiencing great difficulty in buying cheap gas. It depends on governments coordinating with each other to find alternative ways to deal with the situation. For example, in investing in renewable energy sources, as well as major investments in natural gas independence from other countries. This is a good start.

Euronews: At the beginning of the interview you told us that we are almost fully prepared for the winter of 2023-2024 because of the amounts of gas in storage. However, are there factors that could worsen the situation and return the crisis to Europe?

Rick de Oliveira, Telf AG: I hope that won’t happen. I hope we have seen the end of this crisis for the sake of all of us. In the event that we don’t have record low temperatures next winter and the situation continues in this way, as well as a proper distribution of the available gas by the government, I am optimistic that we will not see last year’s picture again.

The former mechanics and electronic engineer has submitted an e-petition on the idea, requesting the government commissions a feasibility study into the implementation of such a system.

In 2021/22, UK government raised over £915 billion a year in receipts – income from taxes and other sources. This is equivalent to around 39% of the size of the UK economy, as measured by GDP, which is the highest level since the 1980s.

Mr Smith said: “The economy is not fit for purpose. But my idea – to provide a steady cash flow to the treasury – would enable to set budgets to cover all government spending.

“There wouldn’t be any exceptions. Whether people buy an ice cream or a mansion, every transaction from retail sales, construction, utilities – you name it. They would contribute by effectively taxing the same money over and over again.”

Mr Smith claims his system would be implemented at midnight on April 4, producing an instant cash flow into the economy.

Tax liabilities from previous years would be honoured and proceeds used to reduce any national debt, which he claims would save millions on interest payments.

Mr Smith added: “This project was first started over 40 years ago towards the end of the Thatcher government. I had an article published in the Financial Times regarding the North South divide which at the time caused quite a stir in parliament.

“Many claim this system is too simple to be adopted but I intend to change that sort of thinking.

“The implications are far more out reaching than appear at first glance and the system would be so simple. No paperwork, no accounting software, no costly tax evasion prosecutions, and no need for offshore accounts.”

– It costs on average 27% more to see a medical consultant in London compared to the rest of the UK.
– Physiotherapists are the least expensive consultants, with an average initial consultation of £67.
– Psychiatrists are the most expensive consultants, with an average initial consultation costing £300 (50% above average).
– Northern Ireland was the most affordable region, with initial consultations costing £150 (25% less than the rest of the UK).
– Newcastle was the most affordable location in England, with initial consultations costing £170.

Mental health-related findings:
– Psychiatrists in London charge 45% more than the rest of the UK. (£400 compared to £275).

Vladimir Chernukhin, a tax-evading pro-Putin Russian oligarch, has been able to pay off the government to turn a blind eye to his million-dollar house purchase. One of the reasons why many ask how they can afford this property is Chernukhin served only as a civil servant back in Russia, which between 2000 and 2002 saw an average salary of 77USD per month. How someone on a basic income can afford one of London’s most expensive homes and for our government to turn a blind eye raises questions that need answers.

Leaked papers, known as the Pandora Papers, have revealed links between the Chernukhins and Russian President Vladimir Putin. Vladimir Chernukhin, who denies being pro-Russian government, has proven not to be genuine. He has pro-Russian business interests in the Balkans, predominantly in Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro, and Hungary, where he made his 72 million GBP property purchase in 2006. He has been able to evade tax through several shell companies and live on UK soil.

There was no response from Chernukhins’ lawyers to the suggestion that their clients seem to have taken elaborate steps to maneuver their money around to avoid tax. The leak suggests that the Chernukhins are likely to be opposed to greater offshore transparency. The government is committed to introducing legislation that would reveal the real owners of offshore companies that buy property in the UK. If passed, the Chernukhins should declare their ownership of multiple homes – worth at least £40m.

Though the United Kingdom has the world’s sixth-biggest economy, many people still don’t have a place they can call home. As of January 2021, 11 263 people remained in emergency accommodation. The issue of homelessness in the United Kingdom is further affected by the unemployment rate pushing citizens to the streets. The unemployment rate in the UK will continue to rise with a forecast that the UK unemployment rate will reach 5,6 percent at the end of 2021, compared to 4,5 percent in 2020. What’s more, depending on the trading relationship the UK and the European Union agree upon, the result of a possible no-deal Brexit from the Conservative government’s decisions and its potential influence on the unemployment rate could peak at 7,5 percent.

The Conservative government has failed to support its citizens in this crisis, with unemployment expected to peak further into 2022, at 5,9 percent, as the Coronavirus pandemic continues to impact the UK economy.

Did Paul Simonson “conceal” $500,000 from Dwight Schar?

Sources familiar with Paul Simonson’s so-called “criminal mind” suspect that Paul Simonson has been perhaps “working the books” at Dwight Schar’s expense over the years, possibly with Randall Greene, who is known to be (one of) Dwight Schar’s henchmen.

The first exposure we will bring here is of lot 286 in Bella Collina. The property, which was a beautiful custom home, was a short sale where the previous owner of that property contributed $500,000 or more to the short sale so the property would be sold supposedly to DCS, in May of 2015, which as the facts get revealed, solely benefited Paul Simonson and not DCS and its partners or Dwight Schar.

Facts about this questionable real estate transactions

On May 27, 2015 the public records show a deed that DCS Real Estate Investments LLC is bought the property in Bella Collina #286 for $1.25 million in a transaction structure that was created by and orchestrated by Paul Simonson, with possible knowledge of Randall Greene, another employee of Dwight schar. Randall Greene is known as the henchman who does the “dirty work” for the “boss” Dwight Schar who was called “GANGSTER” and “EXTORTIONIST” by his partner, Dan Snyder. DCS Real Estate Investments LLC is controlled by Dwight Schar in which whistleblower Richard (Rick) Arrighi is a partner. 

Seems As If Paul Simonson Transfers the Property To Himself Without A Mention of the $500,000

Only a day later, on May 28, 2015, Paul Simonson transfers the property from DCS Real Estate Investments LLC to himself via a company that seems to be controlled by him. DCS companies are assumed to be controlled by Dwight Schar, and in the future probably by Spencer Schar or Martha Schar. A notion that Paul Simonson and Randall Greene seem to count on. 

Is Someone Hiding Profits From Dwight Schar?

When the Property was sold by Simonson in September of 2017 for $1,350,000 which in all reality would be a $600,000 or more profit, did DCS, its partners and Dwight Schar know that Simonson made all these profits and did Simonson report all these profits?    That is the question many would like answered and did Simonson really pay DCS $1,250,000 when Simonson  transferred the deed to himself or again, did he conceal from everyone the $500,000 the previous owner contributed to the short sale and did Simonson pocket the profits himself?!

Can it be that Dwight Schar knows about these transactions but turns a blind eye like he does in the matter of harassment against women and kids in Bella Collina like Anna Juravin and her daughters? Or the harassment against a Jewish guy, Don Juravin, for standing up to the billionaire and revealing that Dwight Schar was involved in having 300 to 500 families lose $500 million dollars.

It’s Now Spencer Schar’s Troubled Bella Collina

Sources who know Paul Simonson, Randal Greene and the Schar family say that it will not be shocking if “devious” Paul Simonson is plotting with Randall Greene to create a certain dependency of Spencer Schar on their services. Since Spencer Schar is not as sharp or experienced as his dad, both Paul Simonson and Randall Greene can easily manipulate transactions and young Spencer.

Rumors say that both Simonson and Greene expressed numerous giggles about Spencer’s savviness and intelligence. About that, and his drinking issue, in another article and in the upcoming book.

Bella Collina Residents, Anna Juravin, Rick Arrighi and Don Juravin are concerned

Many bought into Bella Collina because they advertised Dwight Schar as the credible real estate guy that is managing the Bella Collina community. However, now that Dwight Schar was banned from the NFL and was heavily fined, he’s no longer a credible businessman, say some residents. 

Attorneys for the Dwight Schar VICTIMS nonprofit organization will soon act to obtain information and subpoena NFL managers familiar with Dwight Schar’s unethical behavior. Don Juravin says: There is no question that the NFL basically ruled that Dwight Schar is an unethical businessman and thereby confirmed what Don Juravin, Rich Arrighi, Dan Snyder and others have been claiming all along. It’s a matter of time before the books of Dwight Schar and Bella Collina will be made available and we expect a sea of corruption to be revealed.

Rick Scherich, Attorney Paul LeBreux & PSR Developers Questionable Ethics

Recently filed court documents may indicate that Dwight Schar’s team has been “utilizing” Rick Scherich, attorney Paul LeBreux and PSR Developers as a lender. It may indicate numerous wrong doings of PSR Developers as a predatory lender and possible ethical violations of attorney Paul LeBreux on Dwight Schar’s Bella Collina board of directors. The lawsuit hints that Trevor Scherich, Rick Scherich’s son, was used in the alleged unethical acts, to defame the family. 

Dwight Schar, Paul Simonson, Randall Greene & $100 million in Alleged Fraudulent Bankruptcy 

According to his own testimony in court, Randall Greene was the Senior Vice President of Finance for Catalfumo Construction and Developments.

Dan Catalfumo, the founder of Catalfumo Construction, was accused in court of “fraudulent transactions” when he tried to stash $64 million away instead of paying his debts. According to his own testimony, Randall Greene, while he worked for Catalfumo, “I invested all of their money, I handled their partnerships, I approved acquisitions for property developments by the company, I reported directly to the CEO.”

Did Randall Greene know about Catalfumo’s “fraudulent transactions?”

Catalfumo ended up being sued by creditors for $100 million. When Randall Greene left, however, he was not affected by the trouble that afflicted his employer of over 22 years. Instead, he moved on to work for Bella Collina and Dwight Schar, appointing himself the head of the community’s POA. According to Randall Greene’s own testimony, the business that he had developed while working for Catalfumo, RG Developments, now allied with DCS Capital Investments.

Dan Catalfumo, the head of the company, was accused of assaulting and choking his ex-fiancee, Heather Hill. Heather Hill needed 53 stitches and 5 scalp staples after she was beaten by Dan Catalfumo.

All that, seems not to matter to Dwight Schar when he hired Paul Simonson and Randall Greene or maybe this kind of dark experience prompted Dwight Schar to hire Paul Simonson as his personal CPA.

UPDATE: Dwight Schar, the founder of NVR Inc., and the minority owner of the NFL Washington Football Team uses corrupt attorney Marc Randazza in order to file a notice against a publisher with a complaint that made no sense and might have been fraudulent in nature.

It seems like a fraudulent copyright takedown notice, by attorney Ronald Green (Randazza Legal Group),  was sent to a publisher with a possible false DMCA complaint demanding that an art which doesn’t belong to their clients, will be removed. It’s a picture of Don Juravin‘s house and yet attorney Ronald Green claimed that it had been “copied onto your servers without permission.” However, the picture was literally of a building that belongs to Don Juravin. The banner is not the property of Dwight Schar or Bella Collina. Schar, Bella Collina, and its associates do not own the house in question. Don Juravin and his family own that house and their picture.

Have Dwight Schar or Paul Simonson Sent Corrupt Randazza To Falsely Remove Free Speech?

Dwight Schar relies on Paul Simonson’s advice and Simonson seems to repeatedly fall for Randall Greene who has been accused of stealing a house in Bella Collina and for harassment and intimidation of women and kids.

The person responsible “shall be liable for any damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, incurred by the alleged infringer, by any copyright owner or copyright owner’s authorized licensee, or by a service provider, who is injured by such misrepresentation, as the result of the service provider relying upon such misrepresentation in removing or disabling access to the material or activity claimed to be infringing, or in replacing the removed material or ceasing to disable access to it.” 

Why Is Dwight Schar Using Corrupt Randazza?

The State Bar of Nevada charged Randazza for violating Nevada Rules of Professional Conduct on nine counts. He broke the rules in regards to:

• Conflict of Interest: Current Clients: Specific Rules, 
• Imputation of Conflicts of Interest, 
• Safekeeping Property, 
• Declining or Terminating Representation, Advisor, 
• Restrictions on Right to Practice, 
• Misconduct. 

Dwight Schar has been accused by multiple people of unsavory business tactics. One of his companies, Ryan Homes, was investigated by USA Today and sent a letter from Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH). The senator pleaded with Ryan Homes to stop some of its practices that were harming consumers. 

The Merriam Webster definition of corrupt is “dishonest or illegal behavior.”

Randazza Fired By Alex Jones

HuffPost writes that “outrageous” Randazza is “curiously chummy” with fascists and racists. Randazza has also represented several Neo-Nazis in court, including Andrew Anglin, who published the address of a Jewish realtor on the Nazi website The Daily Stormer. 

But “rude” Randazza was so bad that even conspiracy theorist Alex Jones had to fire him. The InfoWars founder was told by a Connecticut judge that Randazza was “tainted.” The same judge accused Randazza of “serious misconduct.” In addition, Randazza lied while filing claims for Jones in the state of Connecticut, where he was not licensed to practice. 

Randazza Investigated By Five State Bars

Not only was Randazza investigated by the Nevada State Bar, but also he was investigated by four other states: Massachusetts, Arizona, Florida, and California. He has also been suspended by the United States Patent and Trademark Office. 

Legal registry Avvo rated him 1 out 10 with “extreme caution” because he had received disciplinary action. Several five-star reviews boosted his profile, however, some of them were very long and very poorly written. They also talked about irrelevant points, including “love and respect.” 

Dwight Schar and Bella Collina have chosen this particular attorney to represent them. Schar is now associated with an attorney who has major ethical violations attached to his name, who tries to strike at the racial divide in America. 

Lately, Marc Randazza was collaborating with attorney William Matthews from Shutts & Bowen law firm, attorney James Ryan, attorney David Landis from Mateer Harbert law firm, and appeared in front of judge Karen Jennemann to convince her that First Amendment right of social media can be sold off.

Attorney Ronald D. Green For Corrupt Randazza

While Randazza struggles to work in Nevada, his partner, Ronald D. Green, has no issue with sending out false copyright takedown notices. In his bio, Green writes, “His enforcement efforts have included traditional trademark, copyright, and patent litigation, domain name arbitration and litigation, and seizures of infringing goods coordinated with United States Marshals.” If he is so good with copyright litigation, why did he send a fake notice about a photo owned by Don Juravin?

Suppressing Free Speech Fraudulently?

UPDATE: Marc Randazza styles himself a free speech lawyer. However, he has no problem with creating false copyright notices to take down another’s free expression.

In some pieces written for humor/legal blog Popehat, Randazza made the advocated in an argument for legalizing child pornography. “I am going to make the case for legalization of child pornography,” he wrote. He argued that photos of babies in bathtubs, pictures of girlfriends, and children in bathing suits could be classified as child pornography. Randazza even admitted, “I expect to have this very post used against me in the future.”

He also suggested in the blog that public masturbation could be considered freedom of speech. “I think that the Gatewood decision leaves the question open as to whether you might be able to beat off in public there because you ‘fucking hate Portland,’” he wrote.
